Rental Unit Policies
Non-Guests are NOT permitted to use fish cleaning facility Fish Cleaning Facility: is provided for GUESTS and persons using it are required to clean it up and take fish trimmings back to lake in bucket. Check in time: 3:00 PM - until closing- arrangements can be made to check in after closing. If unit is not rented the night before it is possible to check in early. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to move guests to an equal or higher priced accommodation at no extra charge to the guest. In that event, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation at no charge. Check out time: Check out time is 12:00 pm. Remember , we possibly have guest Checking in after you and the maids have to have time to clean. Deposits/cancellations: Guest authorizes Holly Park Marina to withdraw a deposit in the amount of the first night stay from their credit card upon making reservations. This deposit will be refunded after inspection of rental unit assuming No damages/violations occur. Cancellation fee of one night stay will be charged if noted cancellation time ( 3 days or 1 week depending on reservation terms) is not met. Non-smoking Units: All properties are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ashes, etc.) in the property will result in a 300.00 fee. Please dispose of all smoking debris properly outside. Pets: If pets are found in any “no pets allowed” rental unit or evidence of a pet, the a $300.00 fee will be charged to the guest. Inspections: The maximum occupancy for each unit is monitored. Extra people should be reported when they arrive and extra charges as noted on our price list will be added to registered guest cost. A/C and refrigerators: Please do not turn a/c units below 72 degrees , this will cause the unit to freeze up which cause the unit to stop cooling, resulting in a maintenance call. Do not overload the refrigerator with warm food and drinks. The refrigerator will not be able to cool fast enough to keep the contents from spoiling. Fair Housing: We will not deny any rentals because of race, color, religion, sex, origin, handicap or family status. However, We will not rent to any persons under the age of 21 without a responsible registered guest that is over 21 - who is is required to stay in the unit until departure. The “responsible party “ that signs registration card will be responsible for all charges, violations and possible damage made by any person or persons, including children that occupy said rental. Safety: Safety and security is the sole responsibility of the registered guest and their party. If a major disturbance or critical health problems occurs, call 911. Registered Guest: Registered Guests are responsible for their own proper conduct and of all guest, including the responsibility for understanding and observing all policies and rules. If a violation or citation is issued , guest are responsible for all associated charges/fines and will forfeit entire deposit and no future reservation will be allowed. Noise Policy: Holly Park has a 11:00 p.m. quiet time. Loud talking, screaming, loud vehicles, music or any other disturbing noise that effects other guest will not be tolerated. Lost and Found : Holly Park is not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, valuables of any kind. We will hold left behind items for a period of time - return shipping paid for By guest Damages caused by Acts of God or vandalism is not the responsibility of Holly Park, Which includes any damage incurred to guest motor vehicles, boat, trailers, rv’s. or any other personal property. Departure: A full written inventory or video tape has been taken of the property. Holly Park will conduct an inspection upon your departure. Excessive cleaning, and or trash removal will result in additional charges to “responsible party”. All units with washers, dryers and vacuum cleaners will have not regular housekeeping - guest are required to wash up all dirty towels and dishes upon departure.
